Appointments are given by the department secretary located on the fourth floor of Hacettepe İhsan Doğramacı Children’s Hospital, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department (teaching staff section). First time admission appointments are given on the first workday of the month starting at 8:30 am. Following control appointments are arranged by the patient’s doctor. Appointments are only booked by telephone. Please bring the official referral papers and/or health card (health insurance documents), if there is any, with you.
Appointments are given by the department secretary located on the fourth floor of Hacettepe İhsan Dogramacı Children’s Hospital, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Department outpatient clinic. First time admission appointments are given by phone on the first workday of the month at 8:30 am. Following control appointments are arranged by the patient’s doctor. When the patient’s doctor changes, control appointments can be booked by patients’ families on the phone, the same as the first time admission (the first workday of the month). Before booking an appointment, it is necessary to have a physical examination at Hacettepe Ihsan Dogramaci Children’s Hospital General Pediatric Policlinic and consulted our department with a consultation paper. Please bring, if there are any, official referral papers and/or health card with you.
Department
Our department is located on the fourth floor of the Hacettepe Ihsan Dogramaci Children’s Hospital. Enter into the building through the doors numbered 1 or 2, follow the corridor on the right hand side, next to the information desk, and take the elevator opposite the pay desk to the fourth floor. There are offices for the head of department, teaching and academic staff, 2 clinical psychologists and social worker, 2 interview rooms, a meeting room and also a department secretary and report secretary at this section of the department.

Outpatient Clinic
Our outpatient clinic is located on the fourth floor of Hacettepe Ihsan Dogramaci Children’s Hospital. Enter the building through the doors numbered 1 or 2, walk toward the Hacettepe Adult Hospital main corridor, and take the elevator to the fourth floor. You will find the Haccetepe University Child and Adolescent Department outpatient clinic door in front of you. At this section of the department there is a play and group therapy room, 3 interview rooms and policlinic secretary.
