H. Seniz Ozusta had graduated from the Middle East Technical University Psychology Department in 1989. She received a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Hacettepe University Psychology Department in 1996. She is currently a doctorate (PhD) student in clinical psychology at Ankara University Faculty of Humanities.
She has been working in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Department since 1991.
She had taken courses on psychodrama, neuropsychological tests, diagnostic interviews for autism, play therapy, psychosocial approach to trauma and psychological debriefing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and mentalization based therapies.
Her professional interests are intellectual assessment of children, observational evaluation through play and play therapy.
She was the recipient of the 2009 “Professor Doctor Mualla Öztürk Child Mental Health Award” with other researchers.
